The NYSEP website will be the e-commerce home of the NEXT Steps membership program where members can
communicate, recruit volunteers, organize their teams, promote their events, sell/purchase
merchandise, make travel arrangements and purchase/sell tickets to all of their activities and events.
All funds raised through the NEXT Steps membership program will be maintained online via a PayPal
account(s) for ease in accounting and record keeping. Funds will be budgeted, voted on for
allocation, and distributed/utilized to pay for administrative costs, supplies and student stipends.
The NYSEP website will introduce NEXT Steps participants to E-retailing, social networking and outreach activities that
could lead to generating worldwide support for their products and services. E-retailing and a worldwide online presence
will help meet each member’s needs more efficiently and effectively and will eliminate time and geographic barriers.
This, in turn, can generate new markets, customers and revenues, and improve the NEXT Steps membership program’s
overall profitability from merchandise and product/service sales. Examples of products and services include:
