Nukidtrition is an educational program that teaches children (grades K-12) the
basics of nutrition. The Food Pyramid is used to guide us thru each food group
including fruits, vegetables, protein, dairy and carbohydrates We talk about how
much of each food group kids should be eating on a daily basis and why.

The Vigor Consortium, a 501c3 non-profit organization, uses a licensed Medicare
broker, a nutrition specialist and professional physical fitness trainer to create
customized health plans for clients that have been medically diagnosed with
diet-related chronic illnesses and/or behavior problems tied to learning challenges.
The Vigor Consortium teaches their clients how to safely and effectively address
childhood and adult obesity and implement healthy lifestyle changes that can
drastically reduce and eliminate their health-related issues.
